    2. Spamhaus issues

      Email Delivery Issue Notification

      Timeframe: 20:00 – 21:38

      We experienced an issue where all our IP addresses on one of our ISP connections were blacklisted by Spamhaus.

      To maintain service continuity, we rerouted all email traffic through our secondary ISP, ensuring delivery to our customers' Exchange servers.

      Unfortunately, some emails were not delivered before the rerouting took effect. We are currently in the process of resending those messages.

      Some senders may have received bounce notifications indicating failed delivery to our customers' mail servers. These messages will be reprocessed and delivered as expected.
