    1. Message-logs Interface updated

      The error in message logs has now been fully fixed with the deployment of the permanent code change.

      Please refresh your page if still logged in to our interface.

      The root cause (in our interface's handling of message log data) has been addressed, and Error 500 should no longer occur. Previously affected areas (now working normally):

      • Attachment data
      • URL data

    2. Error 500 - Temporary fix implemented

      We've identified the root cause in our interface's handling of message log data.

      A temporary fix has been implemented to prevent Error 500 occurrences, and a permanent code change is in progress. It is expected to be deployed within the next hour.

      Reducing the number of search results prevents this error in most situations.

      Reports is getting generated as expected.

      We’re currently upgrading our log processing system to improve performance and reliability.

      As a result, there will be a temporary delay in generating Quarantine reports.

    1. Udgående email kryptering

      Der har været et mindre udfald fra kl 17:30 til 17:45, hvor der ikke kunne hentes offentlige certifikater til sikkermail modtagere.

      Andre udgående emails som ikke skulle kryptereres, blev leveret som de skulle.

      Vi undersøger årsagen og implementerer løsninger for at undgå samme scenarie igen.
